We'll ask the make and age of the door if you know it, since parts for a door built in the 1970s or 80s aren't always the same as what's sold today. A lot of houses in this area still have their original hardware, so knowing the rough age of your house helps us bring the right spring size and cable length on the first trip instead of a second one.

What We Are Called Out For

Most of our calls are torsion springs that let go on doors installed anywhere from the late 1930s through the early 2000s - Anderson's housing stock runs that whole span, with a lot of it built in the 1960s and 70s.
